If its root remains undamaged & strong, a tree, even if cut, will grow back. So too if craving-obsession is not rooted out, this suffering returns again & again.

The substance of goodness is a heart at ease, a cool heart.

A small bird makes a nest just big enough for itself. When there is only so much, use just that much. Practise Dhamma appropriate to the Dhamma. You only need to know a little, but practise it for real.
